I'd like to share my own "cellulite story" with you.  I was at the pool with my mother when I got up and caught a glimpse of my reflection in a mirror near the clubhouse.  I saw some bumps and dimples on my backside and on the back of my legs.  I was very alarmed when I pointed this out to my mom.  Luckily, my mom is usually pretty honest with me and she agreed that I had cellulite.

Well, I was horrified.  I make my living as a personal trainer and expect the most of myself in terms of fitness on the inside as well as the outside. 

I always begin with the inside first, so I did some meditative breathing and began to form a mental picture of my body without cellulite.  I then formulated an all encompassing plan to get rid of those dimples. 

With patience and persistence, I managed to significantly reduce the appearance of that cellulite.

 Many of the steps of my plan are in this mini course, which for a short time is still FREE.Important Secret:  Without disclosing my age, I will admit that I have been able to keep the cellulite away with my plan. The following information is an excerpt from your First tip:

Cellulite is fat that is caught between bands of connective tissue that creates a rippled appearance.  The first step in getting rid of fat is cardiovascular exercise. 

This Type Of Cardiovascular Exercise Is Easy Because: 

You Only Need To Do It For 10 MINUTES At A Time, Preferably 3 times per day.  Believe it or not,  exercise research papers have shown that short intervals of cardiovascular exercise done for a minimum of 10 minutes 3 times a day may be more effective for burning calories and losing fat than 30 minutes consecutively.  Come on now, we can all fit in 10 minutes! 

Think of it this way:  When you wake up in the morining, do 10 min. by marching or jogging in place.  At lunch time, go for a brisk 10 minute walk.  Before you have dinner, add in one more 10 minute bout.  You will now be a fat burning machine and on your way to reducing the appearance of cellulite on your body.  It's that easy! 

Here's more good news! You don't need to work that hard.  Just make sure that the intensity that you are working at is hard enough so that you can not sing but easy enough so that you can carry on a conversation.  This way of measuring exercise intensity is called the "talk test."

This is a very specific type of cardio and it is effective because you are working at an intensity that burns fat (monitor this with the "talk test" mentioned above).  I used this type of cardio when I was a champion competitive bodybuilder.  Provided that it is safe for you to exercise (check with your doctor), you can start doing this immediately. Some suggested cardio activities are:
-walking (in place or outside)
-jumping on a rebounder trampoline
-low impact aerobic movements (kicks, marching with arm punches)
-cycling
