Cellulite Checklist
Note: You may want to make a copy of this to keep you focused and on track with your efforts to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Some the tips involve treatments that may be a bit costly, so I am confining this list to the less expensive and free options.
Make a checkmark next to every item below on a weekly basis.
1.____ Cardiovascular Exercise: Review the tip on cardiovascular exercise and keep in mind that you can do short 10 minute bouts through out the day. Cellulite is fat that is caught between bands of connective tissue and cardiovascular exercise will help you to loose fat and increase circulation which also helps in the reduction of cellulite.
2. ____ Find one thing in your diet that you will cut out or substitute with a lower or no calorie substitution. For example:diet soda or water for regular soda, non-caloric butter spray for butter, mustard mixed with nonfat mayo instead of full fat mayo for a spread, carrot sticks instead of potato chips for a snack.
3. ____ Do the cellulite reducing exercises in tip 6 (be patient if you haven't received it yet).
4. ____ Use your Secret Weapon, your mind and visualize your body beautiful and cellulite free.
