The Appearance of Cellulite
The Appearance of Cellulite
There's nothing like going bathing suit shopping to bring out
all of your fears about your body. If there is any time that you
will notice your cellulite, it is when you try on a bathing
suit.
This tip course, and my complete course, "Conquer Your Cellulite"
tell you every known way to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
However, some of you may have a longer path to travel to get your
body to where you'd like it. Some of you probably have a minimal
amount of cellulite that you think is really "awful" but truly isn't.
The two most important things that you need to remember when
bathing suit shopping are:
-Good (Very Good) Self Esteem
-Good Lighting
I want to share a personal experience with all of you. I recently went
shopping and tried on a bathing suit. To my horror, when I turned
around and looked in the mirror, I saw some small bumps on my backside
and a tiny bit on the back of my legs. Now, ladies, I pay very close attention
to my body and check those areas regularly. In my critical estimation, I
look good. But in this mirror in this wicked lighting, I didn't look like I usually do.
I immediately went into my own arsenal of cellulite tips. It all starts in the mind
and how you feel about yourself is the most important thing. I'm very pleased
with myself and quickly but solidly affirmed that as we went to the next store.
In the next store, when I tried on a bathing suit, I looked great. There were just
about no bumps on my backside or legs. Of course, I made a bigger purchase in
that store.
The next morning, I looked at myself in with natural lighting and everthing looked
great. Now what does this all mean? It means that number one is how you
feel about how you look and number two, beauty is an illusion that you can bend.
Please don't give up on changing your body both mentally and physically. Also,
a good guided visualization can help you change your body and I have a recording
specifically for cellulite in my full course ("Conquer Your Cellulite").
Best Wishes and buy that bathing suit (possibly with a sarong),
