Don't Let Your Arms Sag
Cellulite is fat that is caught between connective tissue right beneath the surface of your skin. It causes the affected area to appear lumpy and unattractive. Usually, it's the hips, buttocks, thighs and sometimes the abdomen that have celllulite.
More women than men have cellulite. It is also more likely for women to have an excess of fat on the back of their upper arms.
This area of the arm is called the tricep and listed below are 2 movements that will help you to tone that area up.
OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSIONS

Start by bringing your arm up as shown in this picture. Use a dumbell that is heavy enough so that you fatigue at 10-12 repititions. Keep your upper arm stable and don't let it move. Slowly straighten your arm all the way up.

This is the end position.
TRICEP KICKBACK

Start with your upper arm parallel to the floor with your dumbell in towards your chest. Bend over at the waist and support your weight by placing your hand on your knee or on a chair if this position is straining your back.

Straighten all the way out at the elbow.
Work up to 2-3 sets of reptitions for each exercise.
Add this tip to the other ones that you are working on and you'll look great in your short sleeve tee shirts!
