In order to lose cellulite permanently, you must be willing to make a commitment to a program.  Your program doesn't have to be very time consuming, but it must be there.

The first commitment that you must make is to yourself.  For most people, change doesn't come easy, so the first commitment must start in your mind.

Start by seeing yourself as beautiful, no matter what the condition of your body.  The "feeling" of beauty will permeate out of you.  Next, start visualizing your body as cellulite free.  This takes lots of focus and is easiest to do either first thing in the morning while you're waking up or at night while you are falling asleep.

The second commitment for losing fat and cellulite (which is fat) is to add some type of cardiovascular activity into your daily routine.  It doesn't have to be a huge routine.  A simple brisk walk for half an hour can make a difference.  You also may want to add some conditioning movements to tone up the muscles underneath your cellulite prone areas.

The third commitment that you may want to take concerns your dietary intake.  Reducing your consumption of white flour, salt and fried foods will help you to change your body.

Commitments are difficult to keep and sometimes we all need help with them.  Don't be afraid to ask family and friends to help you along with this process.  Try keeping a diary or log to look at how you are doing on a weekly basis.  Above all, don't give up.
