Stay With It

Are you standing in front of your mirror looking at your dimpled thighs?  Did you honestly try to reduce the cellulite that is on your body?  If you've been reading your tips regularly, then you know that this is a process and that it takes a commitment.  Here's some advice to get you back on track if you've wandered away from your cellulite reductions treatment plan.

#1. Your mental attitude:  You know from these tips that I consider your mind to be your secret weapon.  Not only do you need to visualize your body beautiful and cellulite free, but you need to have a mental attitude that you are committed to yourself and that you are worth the time and effort that it takes to change your body inside and out.

(NOTE: The full "Conquer Your Cellulite" course includes a Guided Visualization MP3 that will help you with this.  There's a link for this that you can check out at the bottom of this tip.)

#2. Aerobic Exercise: Cardiovascular exercise utilizes fat stores when done properly.  If you're not already doing cardiovascular exercise then you need to start.  You must be working at intensity high enough so that you are breathing rate prevents you from singing but you still have enough "air" to talk.  If you are already doing cardio, mix it up.  Try a different activity or try doing intervals where you raise the intensity for a minute every three minutes to break out of your comfort zone.

#3. Conditioning Exercises: In order for you to minimize the appearance of cellulite in the areas that are problems for you, you need to do exercises that will tone the muscles underneath.  There are previous tips on this and more tips to come.  If you have lost track of those tips, send me an E-Mail and let me know.

#4. Treatments:  There are many treatments for cellulite.  Some of them are very expensive and some simply involve using topical creams and lotions effectively.  Whichever you choose, be consistent.

You can win the war against cellulite if you get on and stay on track!
