Motivation
Cellulite is stubborn fat that is caught between bands of connective
tissue causing a bumpy ridge like appearance beneath the skin. The most cellulite prone areas are
the hips, backside and legs. It is difficult to get rid of, but it can be reduced.
In order to truly see results, you must be persistent, and this takes lots of
motivation. What motivates you? Hopefully, the most
basic methods to get rid of cellulite will get and keep you motivated you because they not only reduce cellulite, but make you feel better
inside and out.
Motivator #1: Using your mind to see your body as beautiful and
healthy. In order to do this, you must visualize.
Guided Visualization has benefits beyond improving your body which include reduced blood pressure and resting heart rate, improved and more
restful sleep and a lasting feeling of calm and peacefulness.
Motivator #2: Cardiovascular exercise helps to get rid of fat and cellulite is partly
composed of fat. This is a very important part of cellulite reduction. Cardiovascular exercise is also extremely important for getting and keeping your heart and lungs
healthy. Just a short brisk walk, 3-5 times per week may increase your longevity and will
definitely improve the quality of your life.
Motivator #3: Increasing the amount and tone of your muscles underneath your
cellulite prone areas will significantly improve how your cellulite looks. You can do this with
both isometric and isotonic exercises which are described in prior tips and fully in the “Conquer Your Cellulite” course. Strength training also increases bone mass which is important for preventing or curbing
osteoporosis.
Motivator #4: A cellulite treatment regimen that includes some type of skin care,
whether it’s a salon based method or at home topical treatment (cream or lotion) will help you to beat cellulite. The time involved to care for your self in this manor is an important affirmation of self worth that most
women don’t seem to give themselves. Most of us make time for everyone but us.
Look inside yourself and decide if you are motivated enough to get rid of cellulite
and improve your health and well being.
