See Yourself Cellulite Free

Here is a question for all of you.  Can you really see yourself cellulite free?

"Cellulite Tips" illustrates a number of different ways for you to reduce the appearance of cellulite on your body. Cellulite consists of fat trapped between bands of connective tissue creating a rippling effect on certain parts of your body. Because it is made up of fat, decreasing body fat will help to get rid of it.

Clearly, aerobic exercise is a great way to reduce body fat and plays a significant role in developing and maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system.  As little as 10 minutes a day can improve your health.  Be sure to get your heart rate to the proper intensity.  An easy way to measure intensity is the talk test.  The talk test means that you should be working so hard that you can't talk but you should still have enough breath to sing.

You also need to condition the muscles that lay underneath the cellulite prone areas.  There are a variety of exercises that you can do and you should do them twice per week.

I have explained many treatment options in other tips and there will be more in some future tips.  The purpose of this tip is to have you dig deep and look at how you see yourself.

We are pretty conditioned to look in the mirror and see our flaws.  We are constantly confronted with images on television, in magazines, in the movies and even on the internet of women with perfect bodies.  Most of us know that these images are "fixed" and enhanced by photo software programs, air brushing and lighting.  Still, even though we know this, we still pick ourselves apart.

It is very possible that when you stand in the mirror and pick yourself apart, that you are seeing a distorted image of yourself.  Nobody judges you as hard as you do, so too much self-criticism is very damaging to your self-esteem.

A CRUCIAL part of the "Cellulite Tip" program is the ability to use your SECRET WEAPON and see or visualize your body as cellulite free.

No more picking yourself apart in the mirror.  A colleague of mine suggested you try the 10 second rule for the mirror.  Allow yourself just 10 seconds to check yourself out in the mirror but no more then that!  Try it then walk away knowing that you look great!

Essentially, the point here is to change the way you see yourself and then watch your body change too.  You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain by trying.
